To help us fix a calculation
- Send the link to the calculation. Every calculator puts your numbers in its address, so the link shows us exactly what you saw.
- Tell us what you expected, and where that figure comes from (a bank quote, SARS, an IRP5).
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal financial, tax or legal advice, or look at your own SARS, bank or employer records. For that, speak to a registered financial adviser, tax practitioner or attorney.
When you email us we use your address only to reply. See the privacy policy.
